My boss dengan dengan aku arini angin betul dengan my big2 boss.....terlalu complicated giler macam orang dier gak. My boss cakap tak lama lagi pendrive kite penuh dengan report je.
Macam mane company nak maju, asyik buat report je tapi tak improve gak programme. Malas giler nak buat baru report coz takes time. Bagi aku lah if their are really smart why not their guide us in 1st place. It takes a week to redo again my report......i sick about it......Sometimes for me if u have chances become the manager or boss , u need to guide them to do work before their started / finished their work... don ever2 ask / says them "i don wan ur report, please do again" without giving them a guideline.......By doing this ur have save their time and ur time.... don forget, to respect ur subordinate / staff becoz without them u never success.

regarding this problems, i was thinking that 'communication' is a vital part so that both parties will have the equal chances to talk...
that right...communication is the most important things for bos and staff...good communication when both parties have 2 way communication...no just one way communication...as staff we also have chance to contribute some idea to improve our company not only just leader or manager or big boss than contribute it...but a lot of company still use the old way of communication...just boss can do what ever they one....heheh..that why many boss n staff cannot get a long in certain job...but i love my old work place...coz my company respect their subordinate and always give guideline n i like to ask tip and idea from my bos...their are supportive...
